Yes.  You can keep original transcripts in Word or PDF, and you can also download the content to cut/paste and edit into your own reports.  By default, the system provides considerable documentation and recorded audio to minimize the time customers need to spend writing reports, but the option is there to word process the text outputs as well.

Real-time streaming transcription for more than 140+ languages and dialects for as low as $10 per hour for enterprise subscription customers.  This includes one language audibly spoken by the software per session (you may choose different languages for different sessions); additional audio conversation (from text captions)  for multiple languages simultaneously is available for an additional charge.  The costs are based on sessions and hours.  We do not charge based on the number of hosts or users in a session, which creates even more value for large audiences.

The standard streaming version requires an internet connection.  We also offer a fully offline air-gapped version (popular with military units and organizations operating in remote areas).  Please contact us for more information on our secure offline (air gap) solutions.

Yes!  We have a product called Transcribe-R that enables customers to translate and transcribe source audio files, create subtitles for videos, and translate documents.
